Leanda is one of the founding directors of E-QUAL and has almost 40 years’ experience in the disability field. Leanda has post graduate qualifications in psychology, a Master of Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Since 1995 Leanda has led or contributed to the review and development of over 80 Disability Access and Inclusion Plans for local and state government authorities. Leanda has extensive experience designing and conducting consultations with people with disability, their families and carers, organisations and communities across Australia.
Until June 2026 Leanda was the Leadership Development Manager for the LeadAbility program for people with disability and people in the sector, under Leadership WA.
Alongside her work with CFA Australia, Leanda is a NDIS auditor drawing on her understanding and personal experience of the impact of service quality on the lives of people with disability and their families.
