Using AI, the app helps travellers navigate the airport, providing step-free routes, audio guidance for people who are vision impaired, and visual support for those with hearing disabilities. Passengers can also use GoodMaps to pre-plan their journey.
The airport aims to continue improving the app’s accessibility features and invest further in its development to enhance the travel experience for all.
