Centre for Accessibility Australia (CFA Australia) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamara Findlay and Ryan Malonda to its Board.
Both bring vast experience across strategy, governance, and accessibility, strengthening CFA Australia’s leadership as it continues its work to improve digital access and inclusion.

Tamara Findlay     
Tamara Findlay is a senior strategy, risk and integrity leader with experience across community services, education and defence. She currently works in the not-for-profit sector, focusing on organisational capability uplift and child safety-led governance.
Tamara brings a strong interest in disability inclusion and digital accessibility, along with a track record of supporting organisations to make clear, principled decisions that lead to better outcomes.

Ryan Malonda
Ryan Malonda is a Deaf accessibility leader and Director in the Office of Agency Accessibility and Inclusion at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). His work spans digital accessibility, assistive technology, and inclusive service design and delivery.
Ryan brings both professional and lived experience, along with a strong understanding of how policy, governance, service design and technology interact in practice. He is focused on helping organisations embed accessibility into everyday systems and services in a practical and sustainable way.
