Free Audits for organisations providing domestic violence support services – EOIs

Are you part of an organisation that provides domestic violence support services in Australia? Have you ever wondered how inclusive and accessible your website is in supporting people with disability?

If so, we are excited to invite you to collaborate with us in an Australia-first project aiming to ensure that people with disability who are experiencing or have faced domestic violence have equal opportunities to effectively access online help and support.

Funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services, Centre for Accessibility Australia (CFA Australia) is pleased to share the Australia-wide ‘Critical Pathways – Ensuring Digital Accessibility for People with Disability Facing Domestic Violence’ project. As part of this project, CFA Australia is offering free website or app accessibility audits to organisations that provide domestic violence support services based in Australia.

These accessibility audits are facilitated with the aim of ensuring compliance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standard and Australian Human Rights Commission requirements so that people with disability are not placed in life-threatening danger when looking for domestic violence support or resources online.

If you are interested in having your organisation considered for this free audit initiative, please fill out the online EOI form by the 31st of October 2025.
