Introduction to Inclusive Digital Design Course

Our free Inclusive Digital Design course, developed in partnership with the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), provides an introduction to inclusive design principles and practices.

Course Overview

This self-paced, online course covers 6 modules:

1. Understanding Inclusive Design and Accessibility: Introduction to the concept of inclusive design and its importance in digital business operations.
2. Business Case for Inclusive Design: Exploring the benefits of inclusive design for businesses and organisations.
3. Legislative Requirements: Understanding the legal requirements for digital accessibility.
4. Analysing Accessibility of Business Documents: Identifying accessibility issues in digital documents.
5. Creating Accessible Microsoft Office Documents: Practical skills for creating accessible Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
6. Creating Accessible PDF Documents: Best practices for creating accessible PDFs.

Course Details
This course is self-paced, taking approximately 6 hours to complete. It is delivered online and provides a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.
