VisAbility’s Bridge & Brunch will take place at 9am on Sunday 14 October at the newly constructed Matagarup Bridge near Optus Stadium, Perth. We will be celebrating the independence of people living with vision impairment and blindness, and raising public awareness about white cane users in our community.

Cane users, family and friends, and those interested in joining us to celebrate International White Cane Day are invited to walk the length of the Matagarup Bridge before heading to nearby Kinky Lizard Espresso Bar in East Perth for brunch.

Kinky Lizard are generously offering us a delicious full breakfast for a special price of $15. Children are invited to have some fun and dress up their canes. The ‘best dressed’ on the day will win a prize.

Where: Matagarup Bridge, Optus Stadium followed by brunch at Kinky Lizard Café.
RSVP: Please email Ryan Honschooten on ryan.honschooten@visability.com.au by Wednesday 10 October.
